Sales Director for Licensed Products Job Description

Will lead licensing sales for the company . Identifying , negotiating, and executing new licensing partnerships. Cultivating and maximizing existing partnerships to increase and optimize category penetration. Delivering consumer - driven product development, leveraging brand insight and category expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Responsible for delivering sales goals through the successful development and implementation of all aspects of the sales effort; inclusive of category research, pitch development, presentations and negotiations.
— Develops new business budgets, provides timely and accurate forecast reports, updates and feedback to the licensors and customers.
— Establishes priorities for product development.
— Responsible for developing and meeting individual and team revenue goals based on the contract guarantees and account specific goals.
— Drives license renewal negotiations to maximize revenue opportunities and support customer and licensor goals.
— Interfaces with customers and Licensor to supply updates and intelligence for all licensing sales initiatives.
— Ensures contract process is completed from Deal Memo to Fully Executed stages.
— Spearheads new business development, including consultancy efforts as well as prospecting/securing new accounts and possibly personnel.

Skills and Requirements

— Ability to effectively interact with senior level executives
— Ability to deliver strong and compelling presentations
— Proven negotiator with financial skills
— Proven understanding and interest in our licenses
— Competent researcher that embraces data specific selling
— Ability to work with others as a team.
— 4+ years' experience in licensing
— Experience with Jewelry is plus !
— Understand retail logistics/margins/manufacturing
